The SRDBA Board of Directors will have several vacancies next year and it is time to receive nominations.
Vacancies include:
- President (2 year term)
- Treasurer (2 year term)
- All of the State Directors (1 year term)
Submit your nominations to secretary @srdba.org by November 20, 2021. All nominees MUST be a member of SRDBA and, if elected, must remain a member for the duration of their term. Nominations should include:
- A letter of intent signed by the nominee stating the slot for which he or she is interested.
- A bio and a brief summary of why the individual is qualified to serve in that position.
Elections will occur during the first week in December. As a member of SRDBA, Festivals and sponsors also have a vote. Please look for the email that will include a link to the ballot(s). The entire SRDBA membership will vote for Officers. SRDBA Members from each state will vote for their own State Director from the pool of qualified nominees.
The 2022 SRDBA Board will be announced at the AGM meeting on December 15, 2021.
